miR-216b inhibited proliferation, migration and invasion of PDAC cells. (A) miR-216b expression was evaluated in Panc-1 and Sw1990 cells following transfection with an miR-216b mimic. (B) The effect of miR-216b on the proliferation of PDAC cells was determined by a cell proliferation assay. Proliferation of Panc-1 and Sw1990 cells were significantly inhibited by transfection with an miR-216b mimic.
