Algorithm 2: PBS Density Optimization (PDO) Algorithm.
1. Initialization:
(1) Initialize the network scenario and the values λu, λm and Bp, where Bp0,25.
(2) Set the initial value of ρp,m=0.03.
(3) Denote σ as the variable step length of ρp,m. Denote EE* as the optimal value of the network EE. Denote ρp,m* as the optimized ratio between PBS density MBS density. Let ρp,m*=ρp,m, EE*=EEρp,mλu,Bp and σ=0.03.
2. Calculate the optimal ratio of PBS density to MBS density
