BI-1 overexpression regulated ROS production in influenza virus-infected MDCK cells. (A) Control mock-MDCK, BI-1-overexpressing MDCK, and BI-1ΔC-overexpressing MDCK cells were seeded in 6-well plates and infected with A/PR/8/34 virus at 100 TCID₅₀. Intracellular ROS levels were measured using Redox Red sensor CC-1. Fluorescence-stained cells were imaged on an inverted fluorescence microscope. (Scale bar- 200 µm).
