(A,B) Effects of 8n on melanogenesis and tyrosinase in B16 melanoma cells. Cells were treated with 0.1% DMSO as vehicle or with 8n at 1, 10, 50 μM, and 50 μM 8-MOP as positive control for 48 h or 24 h to evaluate melanin content and tyrosinase activity, respectively.
