Peiminine suppresses LPS-induced ERK1/2 phosphorylation in BV-2 cells. Cells were pretreated with peiminine (50 μg/mL) for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 5, 15, 30, 60 or 120 min.
