Body mass comparison of different Vgat-Cre CK1δ/ε genotypes in male and female mice. Discordant mice (Vgat-Cre⁺ CK1δ^fl/fl ε^fl/+) had a significantly lower body mass compared with Cre-negative controls (No-Cre CK1δ^fl/fl ε^fl/+), whereas none of the other Vgat-Cre⁺ CK1δ/ε genotypes showed significant differences compared with its Cre-negative control group (Tukey HSD post hoc test). All mice were between 100 and 150 d old and group housed in a 12-h light/12-h dark lighting cycle. Bar graphs are mean ± SEM. Sample size per genotype is indicated at the base of each bar.
