23BB inhibits the expression of apoptosis related proteins. (A) Immunofluorescence staining was performed to detect expression of cleaved caspase-3 in kidney tissue sections in each group, immunohistochemistry illustrated BAX-stained kidney sections in each group. (B) The kidney tissue lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis with indicated antibodies against BAX, Bcl-2, BAK and cleaved caspase-3. (C) Expressions of BAX, Bcl-2, BAK and cleaved caspase-3 were quantified by densitometry and normalized with β-actin.
