Sex‐dependent uncoupling protein 1 (UCP1) expression in differentiated fibro/adipogenic progenitors (FAPs). (A) FAPs isolated from skeletal muscle (hindlimbs) of male and female 129S6/SvEvTac (Sv/129) mice were differentiated for 10 days, stained for nuclei (DAPI), and immunostained for UCP1, n = 3 mice per group.
