Alignment of detected peptides and transcripts for four toxin-like proteins. Peptides separately detected in venom and torso tissues were aligned to the complete sequence of toxin-like proteins. Different peptides for the toxins were detected in each tissue and were 100% like the precursor identified in the transcriptome. Each toxin-like protein was colored with yellow background.
