Eosinophils produce FALD-GSH. Primary human eosinophils were incubated in Hank’s balanced salt solution supplemented with 100 μM NaBr, and were subsequently activated with 200 nM PMA, as indicated in the presence or absence of 100 μM NaN₃ in duplicate. PMA-stimulated eosinophils readily produce FALD-GSH and NaN₃ blocks the production of the FALD-GSH. FALD-GSH product was determined as described in the Materials and Methods.
