Effect of 2-AG and Fabp1 gene ablation on hepatocyte levels of AEA and non-ARA-containing NAEs. Hepatocytes were isolated from WT or LKO mice, plated on culture dishes, and incubated with 2-AG (1 μM) for 1 h.
