(A) Matrigel migration assays were carried out on cells treated with TPA, troglitazone and GW9662. Cell were seeded onto the upper chamber with TPA, troglitazone and GW9662 in the well. After 24 hours, cells on the bottom of the filter were fixed. The migrated cells were stained with crystal violet and photographed microscope (×40 magnification). (B) Results were quantified by counting the migrated cells in five randomly selected regions. The data presented as the mean number of migrated cells. Values are mean±standard error of the mean of three independent experiments.
