Mitochondrial DNA haplogroups were called after merging data from all libraries. For the mtDNA and Y chromosome columns, underlining indicates typical East Asian (First Remote Oceanian) haplogroups, while lack of underlining indicates typical Australo-Papuan haplogroups (the italicized Y haplogroup CT is unclassified).
