LIPUS pretreatment improved neuronal damage in brain tissue of mice after MCAO. Mice were pretreatment LIPUS for 5 consecutive days (15 min daily) before MCAO procedure. The pathological changes in left cerebral hemisphere tissues were scoring after MCAO on 7 day (A). The brain infract volumes were also presented (B).
