(B,C) Thermoactivation with either NP3212-Gal4 or R27G01-Gal4 that labels MBON-M4/M6 decreased the SING response, whereas neuronal thermoinhibition had no locomotor effect. (D) Dendrites of the cholinergic MBON-V2 arborize in the medial compartment of the MB vertical lobes (α2, α'3).
