Representative western blots show the levels of p-AKT and total AKT (t-AKT) from cells treated with miR-223 mimic, miR-223 inhibitor, or negative controls. GAPDH was used as a loading control. Overexpression of miR-223 decreased expression of p-AKT in ASMCs relative to other groups. B.
