Superior effect of nab-paclitaxel (NPT) on overall mice survival. 10X10⁶ OE19 (A) and OE33 (B) cells were injected intraperitoneally in SCID mice, and carboplatin (CP), paclitaxel (PT) or nab-paclitaxel (NPT) monotherapy or combination therapy was started after 2 weeks and continued for another 2 weeks. The curve represents the animal survival time from the day of implantation. The comparison of survival time between different groups was done by using the log-rank test (GraphPad Prism 7.0) and P values were shown comparing PT versus NPT and PT+CP versus NPT+CP.
