Phylogenetic analysis of the Arabidopsis putative POFT family. A neighbor-joining phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the amino acid sequences of members of the putative Arabidopsis protein O-fucosyltransferase family as well as various metazoan POFT1 sequences.
