Delta = luciferase activity difference between treated and non-treated transfectants measured in the same experiment. Ratio = relative luciferase activity for treated and non-treated transfectants measured in the same experiment. 1-Ratio = 1 minus relative luciferase activity for treated and non-treated transfectants measured in the same experiment. The statistical analysis was performed using Kruskal-Wallis test followed by the Dunn’s posttest. *P < 0.05 indicating statistical significance compared to G010101a haplotype; #P < 0.05 indicating statistical significance compared to G010101d haplotype.
