RAW 264.7 cells were treated with 20 µg/ml of In₂O₃ for 4 h at 37°C. The cells were co-treated with 1 µM 1400W, 0.5 mM MBCD or 50 µM MDC. 8-NitroG formation was detected by immunocytochemistry as described in Materials and Methods section.
