Structure of metalloporphyrin catalytic antioxidant AEOL10150. The effect of AEOL10150 to destroy superoxide (as measured by pulse radiolysis), hydrogen peroxide (Clark oxygen electrode), peroxynitrite (stop-flow) and inhibit lipid peroxidation (F2-isoprostanes) (Kachadourian et al., 2004).
