Microelement heavy metal contents of Col-0 plants and s8h mutant roots grown in vitro for 3 weeks in Fe-depleted (0 µM Fe2+) 0.25 MS liquid culture. Microelement concentrations, shown in ppm (mg kg−1), were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The results of one representative experimental replicate are presented.
