Figure 3

In vitro proliferation activity of poly(Pro-Hyp-Gly)10/bFGF and poly(Pro-Hyp-Gly)10/CB-bFGFs. Cultured periosteal mesenchymal cells stimulated with poly(Pro-Hyp-Gly)10/bFGF, poly(Pro-Hyp-Gly)10/bFGF-s3, poly(Pro-Hyp-Gly)10/bFGF-s2b-s3, poly(Pro-Hyp-Gly)10/bFGF-s3b, or poly(Pro-Hyp-Gly)10/bFGF-s3a-s3b. The constructs induced periosteal mesenchymal cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. Cell numbers were quantified two days after treatment. Data are presented as the mean ± SE (n = 8).
