(A) Transwell invasion assay. Daoy cells after transfection of SNCA siRNA1, siRNA2, siRNA3, or GV219‐SNCA‐wt for 24 h. After knockdown transfection, the invasion ability of Daoy cells after transfection of SNCA siRNA was significantly increased compared with the negative siRNA control (N‐con).
