The expression profiles of transcripts encoding splicing regulatory factors in early and late passage cardiomyocytes are given below. Quantifications refer to the level of each splicing factor for each gene, normalised to the geometric mean of the level of each gene in early passage cells. The results are expressed as the mean of six independent experiments. Statistical significance is indicated by stars, with * = 0.05, ** = 0.001 and *** = <0.0001.
