In total, 6 of the 27 embryos transferred implanted and the implantation rate was 22.2%. (a) In the four IVF treatment cycles with high (10≤) SI₅₀ titers, nine embryos were transferred and three implanted, giving an implantation rate of 33.3%. (b) In the seven treatment cycles with low (<10) SI₅₀ titers, 18 embryos were transferred and three implanted, giving an implantation rate of 16.7%. There was no significant difference in implantation rate between the two groups (P = 0.33).
