Therapeutic immunization with CpG and Poly I:C-adjuvanted vaccines significantly prevented the development of grafted TC-1 tumors in mice. (A) Protocol – Mice were challenged sc in the right flank with 1 × 105 TC-1 cells. Three weeks later, when the tumors had diameters of approximately 2.5 mm, vaccines were administered sc three times at one-week intervals.
