Effects of taraxasterol on the cell viability of BV2 microglia cells. BV2 microglia cells (2 × 105 cells/ml) were seeded in 96 well plates and treated with different concentrations of taraxasterol and stimulated with LPS (0.5 μg/ml) for 24 h. The cell viability was determined by MTT assay. The values presented are the means ± SEM of three independent experiments.
