Lung metastasis assay: pre-treated BALB/c mice inoculated with 4T1 tumour cells. Mice were pre-treated with vehicle or 30 mg/kg Dasatinib for five days. On the sixth day, mice were injected via tail vein with 1×1054T1 cells. Each point on the graph represents the number of nodules found on a single set of lungs.
