The grades of the epidermal development by expression of p63. There were no significant differences on days 4 and 7. However, significant differences between the polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN)-based treatment and normal saline soaked dressing groups and between the PDRN injection and PDRN cream groups were seen on day 10. On day 10, the expression was significantly higher in the PDRN injection groups than in the normal saline soaked dressing group.
