SStp stimulation of CSS1 ATPase activity. CSS1 (0.7 μm) was incubated with 50 μm cold ATP and [γ-32P]ATP (3,000 Ci/mmol; molar ratio of unlabeled:32P-labeled, 5,250:1) in the absence and presence of 70 μm native α-lactalbumin, RCMLA, or SStp.
