Loss of golgin-160 localization at cold temperatures is not due to protein degradation. (A) Lysates of HeLa cells incubated at 37, 20, or 16°C for 3 h were analyzed by Western blot with rabbit anti–golgin-160 or mouse anti-actin, followed by 680RD donkey anti-rabbit IgG or 680RD donkey anti-mouse IgG.
