Summary histogram of the effects of intravesical instillation of a CXCR3 receptor antagonist (AMG487; 5 mg/kg) on bladder pressures (cm H₂O; threshold, minimum, average and maximum) in control and CYP-treated (4 h, 48 h) female mice. Bladder function testing and recording of bladder pressures was performed before (pre) and after (post) intravesical administration of a CXCR3 receptor antagonist in the same groups of control, 4 h and 48 h CYP-treated mice. No changes in bladder pressures were observed. Sample sizes are n = 8–10 for each group.
