Day 4 GFP^high percentages (x-axis) were plotted against Day 18 total GFP⁺ percentages (y-axis), and linear regression was performed. Data was generated from experiments including a total of 38 different CD34⁺ HSPC donors, treated with either 15µg or 30µg Cas9 RNP to generate data points with a wider distribution of targeting frequencies.
