PRRSV nsp12 induces KPNA6 elevation. (A) Screening of PRRSV nsp to identify the viral protein that is responsible for the elevation of KPNA6. Empty vector (EV) was included as a control. At 36 h posttransfection, HEK293 cells were harvested for WB. The lower panel of images show the bands of PRRSV nsp. The relative levels of KPNA6 protein are shown below the images.
