The effect of IFN-β treatment in myeloid cell line. MT4 and THP-1 cells were pretreated with 200 U/ml of IFN-β for 16 h and then infected with GFP-expressing HIV-1 with or without capsid mutations. We normalized input virus doses to obtain ∼30% GFP-positive cells at 2 days after infection.
