Pravastatin (PS) regulated autophagy of BM-EPCs in Dex-induced ANFH rats. (A,B) Immunochemistry and quantitative analysis showed that PS increased the number of LC3⁺ BM-EPCs in ANFH-PS rats. LC3⁺ BM-EPCs were stained in red, the white arrows indicated the LC3-punctate dots. Only the BM-EPCs containing more than 5 LC3-punctate dots were considered to be LC3⁺ BM-EPCs. (C,D) Immunoblotting assay showed that PS increased the LC3-II/LC3-I ratio and expression of Beclin-1 in BM-EPCs of ANFH-PS rats.
