Comparison of decellularizing agents. To extract effective decellularizing conditions, the DCLs were stained with DAPI for detecting remained nucleic acid. “+” showed over 10 positively stained per view, “±” showed few positively stained with DAPI, “−” did not show any nuclear stain in all fields (n = 10).
