NbHsp90 Interacts with Tm-22 in Yeast. Yeast cells containing NLS-LexA BD-Tm-22 or BD-Tm-22-LRR baits transformed with AD-NbHsp90 grew on Leucine deficient medium (Leu-) and turned blue on X-gal medium containing galactose (Gal) and raffinose (Raf) but not on medium containing glucose (Glu) at 28°C for 4 days. Yeast cells transformed with either AD or BD empty vector alone were used as negative control.
