Determining CRISPR-mediated cleavage using SURVEYOR assay. DNA was extracted from unsorted untransfected HEK293T cells (control), transfected with either Cas9 expressing plasmid with no guide RNA, or a plasmid expressing both Cas9 and HSC70-targeting gRNA.
