Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis of RET expression in colon cancer samples. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was performed to investigate RET expression in matched normal (N) and tumor (T) samples in patients CC12 and CC20. Actin mRNA was used as control for RNA integrity and quantity. TT cells were used as positive control. Sample without input RNA was used as negative control (C)
