Spermatozoa were incubated 1 and 3 h in the presence of 300 μM ammonia (NH3) in medium (Sp‐TALP) by supplementing with sodium selenite (SS; 5μg/l), seleon l‐methionine (SeMet; 5 μg/l), vitamin E (Vit‐E; 1.0 mM) and SS + SeMet + Vit‐E (0.25 + 0.25 μg/l + 1.0 mM). All values percentages are expressed as mean ± standard error (n = 5)
