Effects of Shinbaro3 on the expression of inflammatory mediators in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. RAW 264.7 cells were treated with LPS (1 μg/mL) and Shinbaro3 (150, 300, and 450 μg/mL) for 6 h to investigate mRNA expression (a, b) or 18 h to investigate protein expression (c). iNOS, COX-2, TNF-α and IL-1β mRNA, and protein expression levels were then analysed in real-time RT-PCR and Western blot assays, respectively.
