WDR79 influence on the level of UHRF1. (A) H1299 and A549 cells were transfected with a plasmid encoding Flag‐WDR79 or an empty vector control. Total protein was extracted and subjected to Western blotting using the indicated antibodies. (B) Increasing amounts of Flag‐WDR79 were transfected into H1299 and A549 cells, and total protein was extracted from these cells and subjected to Western blotting using the indicated antibodies. (C) H1299 and A549 cells were infected with the indicated lentivirus shRNAs. The resulting cell extracts were analysed using Western blotting with the indicated antibodies.
