Detection of Abrin-a Protein after Transfection of KB Cells with AA cmRNA by Western Blot

KB cells were transfected with 40 or 80 ng of AA (abrin-a, A-chain) or AAstop cmRNA. Twenty-four hours post-transfection, cells were lysed and SDS-PAGE and western blot was performed.
