(A) Total cell lysates from mouse liver, kidney and brain tissues as well as Huh7.5.1 cells were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted (IB) with 67-2, followed by chemiluminescence detection. The blot was stripped and reimmunoprobed with a mouse mAb against the C-terminal domain of hOCLN (anti-hOCLN-C) and an anti-actin Ab. Arrowheads show specific signals. The mobility of molecular mass markers (kilodaltons) is indicated on the left. (B) The subclass of the mAb 67-2 was determined by isotype analysis.
