(A) Daoy and HD-MB03 MB cells were treated with 20 μM Vis and 20 nM BEZ alone or combined for 24 hours and the expression of PI3K-mTOR and HH pathways associated key molecules were determined using western blot analyses. β-Actin was used as a loading control in these experiments.
