(A) Three types of SLC19A1 siRNAs and negative control siRNA were transfected into A549 cells, and the SLC19A1 protein levels were examined by immunoblotting. (B) Negative control siRNA (siCtrl) or SLC19A1 (#2 and #3) siRNAs was transfected into A549 cells. Control A549 cells (Ctrl) were used as a control without transfection. The cell viabilities were determined by WST-8 assay. The means ± SD are shown. Similar results were obtained in three independent experiments.
