The HCVcc glycan profile was analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The spectra of the N-linked oligosaccharides on HCVcc with signal to noise > 3 were annotated. A total of 16 distinct m/z N-glycans were detected. HCVcc = hepatitis C virus cell culture.
