The hemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody titers of infected and contacted chickens. Serum samples were collected from CK134-inoculated chickens and naïve chickens in the same isolator, and all of the samples were analyzed by HI tests. An HI titer >23 was considered indicative of the CK134 virus, whereas titers <23 were considered negative (12). Statistical analysis was performed using the two-way ANOVA test (GraphPad Prism 7.0 software), p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant (*p < 0.05; **p < 0.01).
